animation technology. The uniqueness of IMS’s product and
solution offerings is the simplified and seamless way in which
it allows interactive talking characters to be created and
integrated as part of virtually any multimedia application or
presentation.
The IMS core
technology is a Digital Signal Processing (DSP)
voice-to-animation speech
technology that takes as its input speech in any language,
either from a synthetic engine (text-to-speech) or live human,
analyzes this speech signal and automatically produces a
corresponding data set that can be used to drive the mouth and
facial movements of a 2D or 3D digital animated character. This
resulting animation can be rendered in real-time or non
real-time. The IMS "Voice-to-Animation" (V2A) technology can be used
to drive any character, in any language, in any application, on
