 IMS V2A MDKTM

The IMS V2A MDKTM product is a fully functional multimedia software developer’s kit for the advanced multimedia software developer. It is a stand-alone developers kit that allows developers to create any application that incorporates the use of talking 2D and 3D animated characters. The IMS V2A MDKTM includes IMS’s file-base Voice-2-Animation analysis engine, standard 3D character content, and a rendering engine.  The IMS V2A MDKTM also includes a documented Applications Programmers Interface (API) that specify its interoperability with other complementary technology components.  This IMS V2A MDKTM product allows developers to easily incorporate 3D talking characters as part any multimedia application where real-time animation is not required. This includes wireless messaging, interactive learning, entertainment, gaming, and direct marketing applications.

Product Licensing

There are two licensing options available for the IMS V2A MDKTM product.  They are a Development License, and a Commercial License.

 

Development License

This is a ninety-day (90) license of a fully functional version of the MS V2A MDKTM, including the product's documentation.  During the term of the license, licensees may use the product internally for the development of non-commercial prototype applications.  The cost for the Development License is USD$3,000.00

 

Commercial License

A Commercial License is required in order to incorporate the MS V2A MDKTM in a commercial application.  Commercial Licenses include the following three cost components;

 

- Upfront License Fee

- Annual Maintenance and Support Fee

- Negotiated Annual Royalty Fee
