kit for the advanced multimedia software developer. This MDK
includes the IMS real-time Voice-2-Animation analysis engine.
The IIMS V2A
Real-Time MDKTM
is a stand-alone developers kit that allows developers to create
any real-time application that incorporates the use of talking
2D and 3D animated characters. In addition to the real-time
Voice-2-Animation engine, the IIMS V2A
Real-Time MDKTM
stock 3D character content, and a real-time rendering
engine. It also includes a documented Applications Programmers
Interface (API) that specify its interoperability with other
complementary technology components.
The IMS V2A Real-Time MDKTM product allows developers to easily incorporate talking characters as part any real-time multimedia application. This includes interactive web-based communication such as visual instant messaging, interactive learning, real-time online gaming, and dynamic CRM applications.

Product Licensing There are two licensing options available for the IIMS V2A Real-Time MDKTM product. They are a Development License, and a Commercial License.
Development License This is a ninety-day (90) license of a fully functional version of the IMS V2A Real-Time MDKTM, including the product's documentation. During the term of the license, licensees may use the product internally for the development of non-commercial prototype applications. The cost for the Development License is USD$3,500.00
Commercial License A Commercial License is required in order to incorporate the IIMS V2A Real-Time MDKTM in a commercial application. Commercial Licenses include the following three cost components;
- Upfront License Fee - Annual Maintenance and Support Fee - Negotiated Annual Royalty Fee
